For several years now, our ski trips to Livigno have included a pilgrimage to Costaccia, a culinary gem. With the staff that feels more like family, their kindness, efficiency, and warmth set the stage for an unparalleled experience every time. At the helm of this gastronomic journey is a chef whose brilliance knows no bounds. His dishes of the day, true culinary masterpieces, tantalize the senses with both their spectacular presentation and exquisite taste. The dessert of the day, a recurring highlight akin to the finale of Masterchef, never fails to astonish with its creativity and immaculate execution. Amongst the culinary delights, the beef fillet with polenta stands out, rivaling the best steak restaurants of London in both flavor and quality. But it's not just lunch that leaves a lasting impression. A sunrise experience breakfast at Costaccia was a true highlight of our recent skiing trip, with waitresses donning traditional outfits adding charm and grace to an already lip-smacking selection of breakfast foods. Costaccia is a must. We will be returning there without fail during every trip to Livigno. It’s the best.

Good hut with nice food and an amazing view. I really enjoyed the Pizzoccheri that they serve here, it's one of the best pastas Italy has to offer. The view from the upstairs restaurant over the mountains and Livigno valley is absolutely amazing, they also had an amazing musician playing outside who plays there everyday. The only real problem I had was that the staff were giving me false information. I wanted a specific dish which people outside told me was only served inside and they told me the weizenbier was from the tap, both were not the case. Overall I still really enjoyed this restaurant and would definitely recommend it!

Great restaurant half way down the slopes. Good staff and great food. If you want the daily special make sure you order early, they ran out of dessert before I managed to order which was a shame as it looked amazing. We sat next to the grill and watched the prep, hats off to the chef, fantastic attention to detail and delicious food, not just pizza and pasta as you can see from the photo!

I loved it here! Davide was a star and the whole crew as well, such a happy attitude!! It was that good that I’m going back today! I recommend the cheeseburger (does not come with fries) but the portion of fries is big so you can share it. Spritz at very good prices. Live music! But the ambiance is what makes this place really special!

Fuori un freddo micidiale dentro il mondo ( ovviamente). Suddiviso in parte inferiore paninoteca hamburgeria, al piano superiore ristorante, anche di un certo livello, aggiungerei. Non aspettatevi il tipico menù da rifugio. Menù corposo con piatti sia tipici locali che classici. Tagliatella ai porcini strepitosa così come pure i pizzoccheri con l'aggiunta, su consiglio della cameriera, della "pesteda", prima volta che la provo ma ci sta di brutto! Prendo il dolce della casa proposto dalla cameriera, mi e stato "venduto" come mousse ai 3 cioccolati, quando è arrivato mancava solo la banda... Un tripudio di ingredienti spaventosamente golosi, con annessa spruzzata di oro ( commestibile)... Penso tra me e me costerà un miliardo! Ahahahah però ha mandato in visibilio le papille gustative di tutti quelli che erano al tavolo con me... Fammi assaggiare... Fammi assaggiare... 4 stelle per l'attesa lunga prima di prendere la comanda ed alcuni prezzi un po' alti, 5 al cibo

One star for the lousy self service. You queue up 10 m at the cash 1 lady where you place your order. Than you queue up again to fetch the beveredges. Than same procedure to get the food. One star for the good life band! Better wait for be served at the table. Also outside!
