CELIACI STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO LOCALE. Abbiamo mangiato la sera della vigilia con mia moglie (celiaca), piatti nella norma, solo due camerieri per una sala strapiena, prezzi alti rispetto alla qualità ma non è questo il punto. Viene portato un sacchetto di carta bianco chiuso e il cameriere ci dice “il pane per celiaci” lasciandolo accanto a mia moglie. Tutto nella norma abbiamo pensato noi, sono molto attenti alla contaminazione. Inizia a mangiare il pane e dopo qualche fetta il sapore era troppo “Buono“ e nel dubbio decido di chiedere lumi su quando arriverà il mio pane, il cameriere mi dice che il pane “normale“ era quello dentro la busta bianca e che lui non aveva detto “questo è il pane per celiaci”, ma aveva detto alla sua collega di portare il pane per celiaci, Cosa assolutamente errata perché sia io che lei avevamo beninteso dalle sue chiare parole che quello era il pane senza glutine. Come da prassi, e qualsiasi celiaco lo sa, dopo circa 20 / 30 minuti inizia a stare male allo stomaco ci alziamo di corsa, vado a pagare e per scusarsi ci viene fatto uno sconto di ben sette euro. Io non voglio contestare i prezzi, io non voglio contestare la qualità del cibo che secondo me era molto sotto Le aspettative e l’offerta che c’è lì nella zona, ma voglio contestare la gravità della disattenzione che poteva costare veramente cara. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti ad arrivare in tempo in albergo. Spero che la mia recensione sia utile per tutte quelle persone intolleranti e allergiche al glutine per stare alla larga da questo locale. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!! Non faccio mai recensioni negative e questa non la faccio a cuor leggero (sarà credo l’unica per quest attività) visto che ci sono coinvolti dei professionisti del settore e chi ha commesso l’errore è una persona grande e matura che potrebbe essere mio padre e comunque è stato (episodio pane a parte) molto cortese,ma da questa non potevo esimermi perché non voglio che altre persone stiano male o peggio rovinandosi la vacanza come noi, invito il ristorante, i gestori e chi di dovere a formare il personale in cucina e in sala per evitare...
