Ristorante Whiskeria Toilasor — Restaurant in Comunità montana Alta Valtellina

Ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo locale questo pomeriggio, locale carino, bel menu… tutto bello se non fosse per la scortesia dei proprietari e camerieri, essendo nella saletta( c’eravamo solo noi) in un tavolo da 6 due commensali avevano il sole dritto in faccia perché la copertura ( tenda meccanica) era aperta, allora MOLTO gentilmente abbiamo chiesto se si potesse chiudere appunto per non avere il sole dritto in faccia… al che ci sentiamo rispondere che “ l addetto alla chiusura della tenta era impegnato “ va bene… aspettiamo… dopo 30 minuti ancora niente… intanto oltre al sole si era alzata anche una bella arietta fredda che ci arrivava dall alto… a questo punto una signora del gruppo si è alzata ed è andata a chiedere al proprietario se per piacere potevano chiudere perché cominciava a fare freddo…la risposta del proprietario: LA TENDA NON SI PUÓ CHIUDERE, SIETE VENUTI A LIVIGNO NON ALA MARE E OVVIO CHE FACCIA FREDDO!!

Allora partiamo dal presupposto che noi abbiamo avuto per 22 anni la casa a Bormio quindi conosciamo MOOOOOLTO bene la montagna, siamo CRESCIUTI in montagna!

Va beh la tenda ancora chiusa…. Passano altri 15 minuti e vengono a portarci i nostri piatti… chiediamo per la terza volta alla cameriera ( penso fosse la moglie del titolare) se potevano chiudere la tenda…PERPIACERE! la suddetta senza risposta e con uno sbuffo esce dalla saletta…e guarda un po’ chiudono la tenda… Noi abbiamo 2 ristoranti in centro Como quindi sappiamo molto bene quanto è duro questo lavoro… specialmente quando che affollamento, ma noi abbiamo chiesto con le più cortesi maniere se si POTESSE chiudere una semplice tenda… rispondere in questo modo a dei clienti, non è etico e soprattutto non è una buona pubblicità per il vostro locale!! Food: 5 - very tasty carbonara with truffle. It sounds simple and basic but you can see the level of details and preparation they put in this dish. Very very tasty pasta

Service: 5 - fast and friendly. They meet you with smile. Also the waitress recommended me a very nice wine to go together with my pasta

As whisky lovers, we were curious to visit this place and try some whisky. What makes it so nice is that this is foremost a cosy restaurant which our kids and partners enjoyed too, with a particularly friendly staff and owner, and only then an 'whiskeria'.
