A Perfect Dining Experience at Ristorante Maneggio Val Tress

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Maneggio Val Tress, and everything about our experience was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly attentive, especially regarding my allergy.

We started with the risotto and pasta, both featuring mushrooms, and they were cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, and the texture was just right. The ostrich steak was another highlight—tender and expertly prepared, while the mixed grill was equally impressive.

For dessert, we indulged in tiramisu, which was flawless, and panna cotta, which was almost perfect—just a bit heavy on the caramel sauce for our taste.

However, this was a minor detail in an otherwise exceptional meal. To top it all off, the coffee was excellent.In short, we had a wonderful, romantic dinner that exceeded our expectations in every way.

Dined here for lunch and dinner. We loved our experience here. The host was amazing and friendly, so was the staff.

The food was great and so was the service. We have tried several plates of primi and secondi and desserts, and all of them were delicious and good amount.

The highlight for us was the pasta dishes. The fritto misto (only available on Wednesday dinner) was good too just make sure to call them to order a day in advance.

Highly recommend this place if you are near the area. Toilet and parking available....

Beautiful, quiet spot where the Italians go. Had this charming, young man (Andrea?) waiting our table and he's really an asset to the place with a good understanding of us and good recommendations. Nice antipasti, also for the vegetarian. Nice main courses and a selection of classic sweets to finish the dinner. Was served a beautiful cocktail with no alcohol as I was driving (cranberry juice, some Italian bitter etc... try...
