My fiancé brought me to this restaurant in January as he had found it online with amazing reviews. When he brought me to the restaurant, his intention was to propose to me after we had eaten dinner. However, due to our entire experience at this restaurant being so mediocre, he chose to propose to me in a different location.

To start, the menu is very interesting; however, the plates completely miss the mark. Usually, when you are served small plates, the flavor packs a punch. This was absolutely not the case here. We ate several courses before a single plate contained any flavor. For the cost of the dining experience, this is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, we had to call the servers and waiters over several times so we could order wine. One waitress in particular had a nasty attitude when we would ask her to please serve us, which we shouldn't have had to do in the first place. Once we were finally served our bottle, it was kept far away from our table. This would have been fine if the waiters were attentive to when our glasses were empty. Every single time, we had to ask them to refill both our water and wine glasses. And, it's not that we finished a glass and immediately wondered where the next one was, we would finish a glass and wait at least 10 minutes before calling over the waiter.

Finally, when my fiancé chose this restaurant, one of the main characteristics that attracted him was how the interior looked online: dimly lit, cozy, and intimate. Again, this was not the reality of the restaurant. Of course, the location is beautiful and the interior is well-kept, but the lighting was bright and not at all intimate. And honestly, the back room where we were sitting was decorated pretty sparsely.

Overall, the experience was disappointing as it would have been ideal to have a wonderful dinner that ended...

Esperienza superlativa, difficile da riassumere nelle poche parole di una recensione. Ambiente caldo e curato, con gli interni in legno e l'arredamento che restituiscono l'idea di accoglienza e di tepore tipica di una baita di montagna. Ho trovato tutte le portate, a partire dagli amuse-bouche, strepitose: ogni portata era perfettamente bilanciata nei sapori, con la presenza costante di una parte erborinata che ho trovato particolarmente piacevole. Meritano una nota di plauso anche i prodotti lievitati e la parte di fermentati presenti nel menù, veramente ben eseguiti. A condire il tutto un servizio premuroso ed estremamente cordiale, che ha reso il pranzo ancora...
