Ristorante Pizzeria La Terrazza — Restaurant in Comunità montana della Valle Sabbia

We've been visiting La Terrazza in Tre Capitelli for several years now. In the past, our experience was usually just average — nothing particularly memorable. But this year, things have truly improved and it’s been a real pleasure to come back.

The food is genuinely tasty, especially the Diavola pizza, which stands out with its perfect balance of spice and flavor. However, what made the biggest difference this year was the exceptional service.

We want to give special recognition to Niccolo, who went above and beyond. He is incredibly polite, always attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. On top of that, his English is excellent, which made communication effortless and enjoyable. Niccolo's professionalism and warm attitude added real value to our visit and made us feel genuinely welcome.

We sincerely hope this message reaches the management — Niccolo deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the outstanding job he's doing. People like him are the reason...

First time dinner after the renovation. At least the restaurant looks better. Overall a very bad experience. 3 of the 6 members of our company became really sick after eating here and suffered a severe food poisoning! As this cannot be dedicated to one ingredient, the hygiene in the kitchen should be abysmally bad or there were some leftovers from before the renovation. Also service was terrible. Even though we do not speak fluently Italian (still learning), not a single person of the staff did bother to say more than one word at the table. Be aware If you go...

Giunti nella tiepida sera di ferragosto 2020, ci troviamo davanti ad un'ottima vista del lago d'Idro. Locale mediamente affollato ed accoglienza nella norma. Menù relativamente vario sia di carne che di pesce. Mi viene servito un antipastino di mare ad un prezzo molto più alto rispetto alla qualità ed alla quantità del piatto con carpaccio di tonno e spada molto asciutto ed un mix anonimo di totano, cozze e gamberetti (in quantità insignificanti). Di primo attendo un piatto di trofie con pesto, gamberetti e pomodorini. Mi arriva un piatto ordinato da un altro mio familiare, lo mangio lo stesso dato che l'attesa si stava facendo abbastanza lunga, comprensibile a ferragosto. La cameriera si scusa in maniera gentile. Il piatto risultava abbondante ma decisamente poco saporito. Dopo diverso tempo arriva il persico dorato come secondo, con una panatura unta e piuttosto gommosa. Nel frattempo riesco con qualche peripezia ad ordinare una seconda birra adattandomi a bere l'unica birra che di solito non bevo, la weiss (dato che ordinare un'altra birra in menù era diventato impossibile). Si chiude naturalmente qui la mangiata. I miei familiari sono stati molto più sfortunati di me, però questo spetterà loro a confermarlo nelle loro recensioni, semmai dovessero lasciarne. Né un centesimo di sconto e neanche la mossa da parte del gestore di offrire un limoncello o grappa per rimediare al ritardo ed agli errori.
