This meal was the perfect way to start our time on Lake Garda! The Senso tasting menu felt like experiencing a theater play, so much artistry and intentionality behind every dish and the experience. The sun set during our time there, taking us along the course of the menu. Davide & his team guided us along the way, helping us understand the story behind each dish. He also mentioned that he travels the world in the off season to study global cuisine and hospitality. This is a true gem, you should eat here and savor every second. Esperienza indimenticabile , sono stata a cena con un amica , accoglienza impeccabile e servizio eccellente sin dall’aperitivo in struttura , cocktail raffinati , dal primo sorso si percepisce la preparazione e la dedizione che c’è dietro . Cena : siamo rimaste senza parole , credo che i piatti abbiano parlato per noi , il piatto a base di solo patate mi ha lasciato estasiata , sono sincera non ero pronta a sentire così tanto da un solo ingrediente . Il risotto della mia amica eccezionale tutto i sapori si amalgamavano e creavano un effetto wow. Lo Chef de rang Giuseppe ci ha accolto con un bel sorriso e ci ha messo fin da subito a nostro agio un ragazzo giovane e preparato che ci ha raccontato e fatto vivere ogni piatto . Abbiamo scelto di fare l’abbinamento dei vini e abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Antonio il sommelier , di bella presenza , che con dedizione e passione ci ha fatto entrare anche se per poco tempo nel suo mondo . La nostra cena al SENSO è stata resa indimenticabile grazie alla cura del dettaglio , alla passione , che ci ha trasmesso il Maitre di sala Davide; ci ha fatto sentire come a casa , senza instaurare quella distanza tra il cliente e il maitre che spesso accade in ristoranti di questo livello . Ragazzo giovane e capace di creare un atmosfera cucita ad doc per il cliente che cerca relax e benessere . Il SENSO è anima , non solo piatti da gustare ma qualcosa di più , un qualcosa che non riempie solo la pancia ma anche il cuore...

The atmosphere is nice , we had the best view of lake Garda during our stay. The service is spectacular. All the staff members are very polite, respectful and helpful. The food was also great, however, the tastes were very rich. The goat cheese’s smell in risotto was very strong and we couldn’t enjoy our risotto.
