It’s a hidden gem in Val Veddasca and worth a trip just for their food and exceptional friendly atmosphere. Everything we had was delicious and the hosts are wonderful and joyful people. The day was gray and cloudy but we felt absolutely happy there. We will definitely be back! P.S. Armio is a lovely little borgo and worth the visit too

Tipica trattoria di montagna. Il fungo fresco della valle é il Re di questo posto assieme a sua regina la tagliatella fatta a mano. Che dire... Un godimento che supera qualsiasi piacere terreno... Accompagnato da un buon vino rosso sfuso che fa la sua bella figura chiudiamo con lo stinco di maiale che dribbla tutti e va in porta. C'è ancora dello spazio per i supplementari e l'ultimo minuto lo facciamo con un assaggio di torte che delizia il mezzogiorno.

In typischen Ambiente eine authentisch italienisch Küche genießen, die wirklich Seltenheitswert hat ; schon allein die Wildgerichte und die konsequent eigene Herstellung, die einen unverfälschten Genuß garantiert,der so immer seltener wird. Wer mehr Wert auf eine gute Küche als auf Ambiente- Schnickschnack legt ist hier goldrichtig!
