This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel receptionist from Li Anta Rossa. Turns out it was a great recommendation as the food and atmosphere was awesome. I visited this place with my boyfriend while we were on vacation last week. We had four different waiters, all male and had different experiences with them during the time we were there. Our first encounter was with a guy with short brown hair with a thick Italian accent (or regional dialect) who greeted us as soon as we walked in he said since we had no reservations that the only available seating was outside. Once seated at a table outside there was a young man with a ponytail who served us our bread and drinks ( he was very kind and friendly). There came a different server, an older man with stylish glasses with a unique haircut who recommended us a special seasoning to go on a specific dish that we ordered. Then another young guy with dark hair and "distinguished ears" said we could finally come inside. We were pleasantly surprised they finally had an available table for us. The food was amazing and the well seasoned meat was very tender plus the wine that was recommended was also excellent. This place was a total vibe. It was like a woody mountain cabin where hunters go to cook their fresh game on an open fire and serve to their exclusive guests. I would defiantly come visit this...
Read moreThis is probably the best restaurant in whole Livigno. We were recommended to go there and it was absolutely worth it. I recommend going there by foot (from my apartment it was about 2km uphill) so you can get hungry while going to the restaurant and then burn some calories while coming back. You have to mind that the kitchen is opened from 18. The service is very professional furthermore the atmosphere is great there. Old, wooden and warm interior compose well with snow outside. The waiter was very kind and helpful, he answered all of my many questions and didn't make any mistake while collecting complicated order for 11 people! He made lots of jokes as well and even taught us some Italian 😂 The food was m a g n i f i c e n t !!! It was so tasty that we were there 2 times! We wanted to go there third time but we had to leave livigno earlier than we planned. I can recommend everything from the menu and you have 97% of chance that you will love it. Definitely must be in the Livigno. I'm looking forward to come here next winter holidays. I had to add that we paid €235 plus tip for huge dinner with desserts and lots of drinks for...
Read moreOne of the best authentic and tasty restaurants in livigno. Parking isn’t easy around meal times, but the location is easily reachable by nice, long walks surrounded by nature. From here begin two paths that connect after 1 hour walk (easy on one side, slightly harder from the other). Food is super tasty (not many vegetarian options to be fair). Service is sometime a little disorganised during rush hour but the quality of the food make you forget everything. Recommended after coffee: Taneda liquor (an aromatic herb-based digestive alcoholic drink, home made here and typical...
