I would like to express my disappointment with the discriminatory treatment I received at your establishment. The behavior of the waitress towards the foreign customers was unacceptable. We had to sit for an hour with dirty plates from someone else's meal even after requesting the waitress to clean the table, the customers next to us (from Italy) had their table cleaned up as soon as the seat in the table. When we asked for a new table, we were rudely told to "change the place" without offering one, so I guess we should eat our food on the floor. The staff forgot half of our order, which was frustrating. Even after asking three waitresses for the bill, it took 15 minutes to receive it. The only nice staff member was the man with glasses and a tattoo on his neck. The waitress with ginger hair, tattoos on his arms and hands, and big black glasses was the worst ( in the restaurant working two similar-looking waitresses, but I am writing about the older one). He treated us like enemies rather than customers. I have been to your restaurant several times over the years, but I will not be returning. Despite my courteous behavior, I did not receive the same treatment in return. I understand the bad day at work ( I was working as a waitress for some time in a very popular and crowded place but NEVER treated anyone like this!!). You need to teach your workers that every client is a client despite the amount of money he is leaving and they need to treat...
Read moreA uniquely good place in the Dolomites with an unprecedented wow factor. In the Dolomites there are many good mountain huts and restaurants. Often with their own unique feature with which they excel. But this place has an abundance of unique characteristics. To start with, the decor. It all looks very fresh and modern without sacrificing a homely feeling. Then the location. They have beautiful rooms that look south and west. The sun only needs to show itself a little bit and then it's already so enjoyable here. Sounds good, doesn't it? But this is certainly not all. From the terrace you have a view of one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Dolomites. In the east you see the mountain range of San Martino di Castrozza. They are soooo beautiful! Just make sure you're here with sunset and mother nature offers you a wonderful spectacle. You would almost forget that this is a review of a restaurant. I can assure you the food is delicious. I enjoyed delicious spare ribs and a fantastic apple strudel. Besides the restaurant area you also have a self-service corner which is also beautifully decorated. So it doesn't matter if you come to eat extensively or just want a quick bite. You can...
