Ristorante Pizzeria Centrale — Restaurant in Comunità della Val di Non

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. We stayed in Flavon for five days and ended up eating here every single day, it was just that good! The entire menu is amazing, and everything we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The pizza is incredible, too! By the way, get there early because there will be ton of people there!

Some of our absolute favorites were the carbonara, the beetroot pasta with venison ragout, the venison fillet with mushrooms and polenta, and the potato torta, each one a standout!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and we especially appreciated how warmly they welcomed our two dogs.

Great food, the best Tortel di patate around!! This huge but crammed place is certainly worth a stopover if you are driving to or from the ski slopes. Tortel is similar to Swiss Rösti: shredded potato patties fried in oil and served with a variety of cured meat, cheese, cabbage salad and bean salad. If you are having Tortel, do treat yourself to a bottle of Groppello, its ideal wine match. Groppello is produced in tiny amounts in nearby Revò and is almost impossible to find in wineries. We stayed in Flavon for few days and we visited this place two times. They have a got a lovely outdoor place with several tables. Staff is great, friendly and helpful; they also speak pretty good english. The food menu is well rounded, great local selection of dishes based on potato cakes, local meat and awsome pizzas!
