This is a review for the Hermes Cashier! We went in for an Austria vignette and it was CRAZY inside. Many people and the cashiers were serving multiple people in parallel. I asked for the vignette, he prepared it and I paid by card. I received my bank notification that it was paid, he said “not ok, not ok” (while also serving other people, not sure how much attention he was paying).
He charged me again for it. I went outside, checked again my bank statements - the same amount was taken out twice. I went again inside, showed him and he eventually gave me 10 euros back.
Just pay attention to what you buy and how you pay. Otherwise...
Read moreDidnt eat but this was a good place to stop and stretch your legs. Lots of places to park with gas and there is a variety of different foods for everyone. They have showers, a laundry machine as well as a playground. I didnt see a handicap shower but they did have a handicap bathroom on the main floor before going into the basement where the other toilets were located. Like this stop very much and will continue to stop when I am traveling down here. Read moreHermes ADS Paganella Ovest is a nice autogrill you can meet on the way to Trento and Bolzano. The atmosphere is neat and clean (it was obviously recently renovated). We had shin, which was good considering we are on a highway (not in general terms though). Service was fast, which is an important aspect to be taken into account given the location. Definitely advised if you are in the area and you are in a rush. If you have more time, of course, you can choose a better restaurant where to dine...
