Adriana, Irene, Vincenzo, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We booked the whole hotel and had my day before wedding party at Appia Antica. I cannot thank you enough Adrianna, Irene and Francesco thank you for making my wedding weekend perfect. Una scoperta culinaria. Conoscevo già la struttura perché luogo storico di Corato, sia per quanto riguarda l'albergo che per il ristorante. Non l'ho frequentata per diversi anni, poi venuto a conoscenza della nuova gestione ho voluto provare. Ho trovato ambienti totalmente rinnovati e confortevoli, dalla hall dell'hotel alla sala ristorante. Poi la vera scoperta è stato il cibo, un'esperienza culinaria di altissimo livello, con un menù a la carte di qualità e ingredienti sempre freschi e preparati in maniera impeccabile. Marcia in più nelle giornate primaverili/estive il garden, con la nuova area piscina e tavoli e divani immersi nel verde. Ci sono tornato più e più volte sempre con lo stesso risultato, qualità e professionalità di altissimo livello, grazie anche al personale sempre gentile e disponibile, dal ricevimento con Irene alla sala con Francesco e Nunzia, fino alla cucina con la squadra vincente al servizio di Claudio. Beh mancano i complimenti per tutto questo agli artefici indiscussi, Vincenzo e Adriana, nuovi padroni di casa sempre attenti ai dettagli....
