Giunto a Corigliano d'Otranto per visitate il castello ho parcheggiato a pochi passi da questo stupendo bar. Il palazzo é circondato da splendide luminarie. Sulla tenda del bar é riportato il nome in italiano e Greco μπαρ το κάστρο, il dialetto di Corigliano è il "griko" un greco misto all'italiano. All'interno ben arredato con luminare salentine ad illuminare la sala principale e una saletta stupenda con antiche fotografie bellissime. A parte la stupenda location. Bariste simpatiche e soprattutto un ottimo caffè leccese freddo. Chi ha gustato l'espresso, mia moglie che ne é una degustatrice esperta, lo ha valutato ottimo.
