Everything was very tasty, like home cooking (and generous portions!) but with a mild fine dining twist. The sagne were fantastic. We visited this restaurant on a week day in September and we were sitting outside. The location is beautifully simple and with a lot of nice plants. It's like a better maintained house garden. Estia è uno di quei posti che ti resta nel cuore (e nel palato)! L’esperienza culinaria è stata eccellente dall’antipasto al dolce.

Abbiamo iniziato con una frittura di alici davvero spettacolare: croccante, dorata, asciutta… semplicemente perfetta! I tagliolini con crema di gorgonzola, carciofi, pesto e gamberi sono stati una vera rivelazione: cremosi, bilanciati e ricchissimi di gusto.La pasta è fatta da loro .. eccezionale! La frittura di pesce ha confermato l’eccellenza della cucina: pesce fresco, impanatura leggera, croccantezza impeccabile.

Per concludere in dolcezza, crema catalana e mafalda deliziose, con un equilibrio perfetto tra consistenza e sapore.

Unico rimpianto? Non aver fatto nemmeno una foto… ma la fame ha avuto la meglio! Un ristorante che merita davvero più...
