Read moreEasily one of the best meals of our trip! Run buy a quintessential charming Italian restaurateur who chats to all the clientele with an bottomless glass of wine in hand. They had an informal set menu where we were brought seemingly endless antipasto dishes including bruschetta and a local soup dish before a main of amazingly fresh vegetarian pasta (the waiter actually brought out the pan and walked around the restaurant topping everyone's plates up). We skipped the meatballs as were too full by that point but shared a desert made by the wife of the earlier that day. The owner also poured everyone some of their homemade creamy limoncello, made with organic lemons from their yard. We paid €50 for two people - all the food as mentioned plus a carafe of red wine.
