Trattoria Pizzeria Timoline "Da Paolo" — Restaurant in Corte Franca

It took us a while to figure out where to eat “like a local”. Stopped in a couple of places that seemed sketchy and then stumbled upon this gem of a place. Totally packed (reservations a must) but Marina took pity of us and gave us a table. Delicious calamari fritti and seafood salad. Even the French fries were yummy! Classic carbonara pasta and veal cutlet (husband’s). Pizzas are thin crust; airy and crunchy like a cracker; not Neapolitan (which is more doughy and not our favorite). Came to Da Paolo to try their pizza. It was not disappointing! Big pizza but with a really thin crust. Was a lacking a bit in flavor but overall it was a good pizza! Pizzeria e trattoria, location informale ma elegante, meglio prenotare per il sabato sera. Parcheggio comodo immerso nel verde, la pizzeria è fornita di tutto le pizze sono buone e per chi piace la sottile è il top, disponibilità di impasti senza glutine e mozzarelle senza lattosio, ci sono anche le birre senza glutine e le birre classiche sono ottime, sia bionde che rosse. Il locale si presenta abbastanza concentrato per via dei tavoli un po' ravvicinati però non ci si dà fastidio. Il compromesso della qualità prezzo è buona, forse l'unica pecca è il coperto alla cifra di euro 2.30 al di sopra della media di altre pizzerie, la sera che sono andato c'erano tre pizzaioli ma l'attesa seduti al tavolo è medio alta visto che molti e soprattutto locali preferiscono l'asporto.
