I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chalet and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was incredibly delicious, with every dish showcasing the use of very fresh ingredients. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication to quality.

Nice food and okish service the first time. Second time, kindly requested a table for outside and was told to speak to another member of staff who then told me to speak to another member of staff....absolute joke! Eventually, an arrogant and very miserable guy to say the least said that he might have a table. In the meantime, my partner could see that I wasn't really having much luck and kindly asked someone else. He aggressively storms over there interrupting one of his colleagues shouting out loudly....YOU ONLY NEED TO ASK ONCE! Absolutely appalling behaviour, pointless and uncalled for. Overall, extremely miserable and somewhat rude staff which clearly do not enjoy working there. Very very disappointing! Better service and lovely staff in all the other chalets...

Guys what can I say. If you fancy going ski and then have “dolce vita” life, visit this place. Food, drinks, atmosphere, staff…people just keep moaning about everything, so here is my review to finally highlight something positive: I would like to say big thank you to whole staff that made this experience so special, that I am making this review. Thank you: Alexander the Boss, Bar professionals Sofia, Nicole and Mattia, Service team Kledi, Julian, Manuel and the best Pizza (not worth wasting time to search, just go there and try) kitchen team Valerio, Alex, Giacomo and surely others. 5 stars, here are the names, they exist, visit and experience...
