El Sorei — Restaurant in Cortina d'Ampezzo

Unfriendly service, poor food quality. Worst restaurant we’ve been to so far. On one of the pizzas we’ve found a piece of plastic. We told the stuff immediately, no sorry and no comment from her. The whole pizza price was on the bill. After a short discussion at the cash desk we’ve got a 4,50 Euro discount..that’s not even half the price of the pizza. Food is overall extremely expensive, 3 Euro for the service...

We had lunch here twice as we loved the first time. Great pizzas and meat; gnocchi was a bit soft but amazing taste. Staff are not very chatty but friendly enough. Very efficient service. Right in front of the ski lifts. Views are just breathtaking. Price is very reasonable. Menu is unassuming...

Unfriendly Service and too expensive for this quality of food!!!So einen unfreundlichen Service hatte ich in dieser Region noch nie. Die Bedienungen und auch der Chef haben sich vor Unfreundlichkeit überschlagen, einige Gäste wurden gar nicht bedient (trotz geringer Auslastung) und sind gegangen. Wären wir bloß auch gegangen. Die Preise sind für so ein mittelmäßiges Lokal wirklich happig, da kann man wesentlich besser essen, kriegt mehr für sein Geld und wird freundlicher behandelt. Nur die sonnige Lage kriegt Punkte. Das Essen war das Geld nicht Wert und eins der Schlechtesten, das ich in Italien...
