I would give zero if I could. Absolutely terrible service. They forget to give you part of your order on a regular basis. Even when thry just have to grab it and handle it to you, without any preparation. Total mess. Non alcoholic drinks in small bottles only. 3,50 for half liter. You can get 1,5 l for 2,50 next to it in the petrol station. And the top is that you wait really long and the seller just calls someone else and serves him before you. The worst experience in...

Mi servo sempre molto felicemente di autogrill e ho sempre incontrato persone preparate, corrette ed educate. Non mi piace mettere recensioni negative, meno ancora se riguardano il personale. Purtroppo però ieri ho avuto la sfortuna di trovare due baristi piuttosto maleducati (trattato con indifferenza totale, né un cenno di saluto, né alcun riguardo alla tempistica di pagare e bere un banale cappuccino, piantato in asso come fossi trasparente prima alla cassa e poi al banco; a volte basta un "scusi, un attimo di pazienza", anche solo per fare un'altra cosa ritenuta più urgente; preciso comunque che non c'era confusione né altri clienti in attesa; sono sempre molto comprensivo col personale di servizio, per ragioni personali, ma questo non giustifica una tale maleducazione cui non è stato posto rimedio nemmeno quando ho cortesemente chiamato l'addetto al banco per avere il cappuccino mentre i due parlavano fra loro ignorandomi a cassa e banco vuoti, tolto me).
