Ristorante retroBottega — Restaurant in Costa Masnaga

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante, situato in una piccola corte oltre la Macelleria Beccalli. Innanzitutto location interna davvero ben curata, su 2 piani più un intimo soppalco. Cosa molto gradita il titolare si è preoccupato di chiedere se non avessimo particolari allergie e/o intolleranze, in modo da informare lo chef e meglio consigliarci sul menù. In tre optiamo per 3 primi e una tagliata da 1,1 Kg da dividere. Prima di iniziare vengono servite 3 entrè in spuma davvero ricercate e particolari (es. Cracker al carbone vegetale con ripieno di spuma alla mortadella). Tutto ottimo: Gnocchi scottati con spuma di pollo arrosto e cipolla caramellata da applausi; risotto con anatra, fave di cacao e arancia un'esplosione di sapori ad ogni forchettata; carne 10 e lode, molto apprezzato poi il fatto dell'essere servita al sangue su piastra, così da scegliere la cottura preferita. Caffè finali serviti con dolcetti anch'essi ben apprezzati. Purtroppo per i dolci non c'era più spazio ma torneremo volentieri. Conto in linea con la qualità, il servizio e l'attenzione mostrata....

Wir hatten reserviert, da ich denke es ist oft ausgebucht und nur eine begrenzt Anzahl Plätze vorhanden ist. Es ist ein kleines Restaurant mit absolut fantastischem Ambiente, viel Charme und das gewisse Etwas. Es passt alles perfekt zusammen von dem Servicepersonal, welches extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist und auch noch perfekt beratet und bei Fragen zu Stelle sind. Grosse tolle Weinauswahl und auch riesige Spirituosen welche auch Regional sind. Mit Abstand das beste Essen das wir hatten!!!! Wirklich Fantastische Küche!!!! Von den zwei Amuse-Bouche über die Vorspeisen, Hauptgang und natürlich auch den Desserts war alles aufeinander abgestimmt, sehr orginell , erfinderisch auch speziell und regional. Und am schluss sogar noch Schokolade in 3facher Ausführung als Abschluss. Als Patisseriechefin kann ich sowohl das Essen als auch den Dessert nur Loben! Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und für diese Qualität würde ich sogar sagen es war würklich Günstig. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 20 Sterne geben anstatt nur die 5 möglichen Sterne!!! This place deserves a Michelin star. The price was phenomenal for the exceptional food and the service was exquisite. We had a lovely tall gentleman serve us with fantastic recommendations. After dining in gastronomic restaurants all over Europe, this one definitely makes it to the top of our list.
