The decor is lovely, it’s roomy and concept is great. The food somewhat good, (average) sizing very small, however, good if you’re doing all you can eat... now when my partner and I were seated the menus were thrown on the table and given a piece of paper, to later discover when paying this meant we opted for all you can option... no communication, no customer service was existent.
I really wish I spoke fluent Italian to communicate effectively with the rudest staff member I have ever encountered in Italy, a female with Asian background (presumingly owner or manager) when getting the bill insisted we pay $21.90 euro each (total $44 euro) on all you can eat, though for the both of us the total came to $23 euro as we only order a salad and skewers. We communicated politely requesting that we don’t pay the all you can eat as we were unaware that we were opting for this option as we weren’t told...and the female made quite a scene shouting in the resturant and even insulted me that I don’t speak fluent Italian (though I can understand fluently and my partner is from Italy and speaks fluent Italian). She was so very rude, the Italian male which I presume was part owner resolved the issue and agreed with us and he was lovely.
I wouldn’t recommend this place as customer service means everything to me and secondly the food taste itself means a lot and both lacked at this place, the only good thing is the look of the place and the male but...

Apologies for the belly pain once you're done, but that comes with buffet...

It has a moving walkway next to the tables which distributes miscellaneous single dishes, including the desserts (included in the "All You Can Eat" option). They utilize a module for you to order specific dishes along with quantities. The staff is very friendly, they offer also digestives and fortune biscuits at the end. A must-visit. The only downside would be the...
