Personnel is very kind and professional (young at age!) and the overall structure gives you a warm feeling of family-hood confort and this is a plus! The rooms are very comfortable, clean 'n well maintained with everything you might be in need of without unuseful and stucking luxury...Let's come to the restaurant...Well this is a true traditional calabrian 5 stars resto! Juicy mailino (typical silan black pork very similar to spanish pata negra) preceeded by pasta with 'nduja and whatever you want with mushrooms porcinos and typical silan potatoes. All the cooking is truly genuine and tightly linked to tis wonderful teriitory. Buonasera , sono stato con la mia famiglia insieme ad un' altra famiglia per un totale di 4 adulti e 5 bambini. Siamo stati 3 giorni dal 3 al 6 gennaio in questa struttura stupenda immersa nella natura e nella quiete del villaggio Palumbo vicino le piste da sci. Inizio col dire che la struttura è molto accogliente, all' ingresso c'è un camino sempre acceso dove abbiamo consumato un bel bicchiere di vino, le camere molto ampie e confortevoli sempre ben riscaldate a prova di bambini. Per quanto riguarda il cibo devo dire che è la struttura dove ho mangiato meglio nella mie vacanze ( viaggio da circa 16 anni quindi un po' di esperienza la ho ), la colazione è sia italiana che internazionale, servita in un ambiente dove anche li era presente un bel caminetto che la mattina ti da sensazione di casa, il pranzo e la cena abbondantissimi e di alta qualità, prodotti tipici della cultura calabrese, saporiti e gustosi ricordano la cucina della nonna. abbiamo usufruito della pensione completa ed ogni pasto prevedeva antipasti vari, 2 primi , 2 secondi dolce e frutta tutto rigorosamente servito al tavolo dai camerieri che ci hanno letteralmente coccolato, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla soprattutto ai nostri bimbi. Durante i pasti c'era anche l'intrattenimento di un ragazzo Cristian che oltre a Fare musica dal vivo ha fatto anche da baby Sitter ai nostri figli facendoci passare giornate spensierate. Chiudo con il ringraziare i proprietari per averci fatto passare 3 giorni stupendi,non ci avete fatto mancare nulla, ci avete fatto sentire parte della vostra famiglia, il padre ha trattato i nostri figli come i suoi nipoti regalandoci anche qualche cioccolatino qua e la, il figlio Giuseppe ci ha dato ottime informazioni e ci ha fatto conoscere la loro tradizione familiare.
