Purtroppo stasera che abbiamo preso un secondo di carne ci è andata proprio male. Gli straccetti di manzo per la veritá non erano male, ma la "copertina di entrecote al mirto e alloro" era pessima, nonostante dovesse essere il piatto del giorno. Sorvoliamo poi sul fatto che non c'è stata possibilità di avere un contorno di alcun genere. Non solo il menù non ne prevede, neanche su suggerimento ho potuto avere un'insalata o altro, il che è sembrato veramente strano. L'unica nota positiva la pizza fornarina ordinata come pane. La pizza infatti sapevamo già che è davvero buona, ed è il solo piatto che raccomanderei di sicuro. Ed è anche l'unico per cui ho dato tre stelle anzicchè due.

I cocktail del Prosit bar sono eccellenti! Qui avete la fortuna - oggi sempre più rara - di poter parlare con un barman dall'esperienza decennale in giro per il mondo e di suggerirgli solo due cose: la base alcolica del vostro cocktail e un aggettivo in grado di esprimerne le sensazioni al gusto una volta sorseggato! La bravura, la professionalità e il genio di Andrea e Marco vi stupiranno. Consigliatissimo anche per la cena. Chi vuole viversi il Salento, deve fermarsi al Prosit! Squisiti anche i gelati e tutta la pasticceria artigianale. Se potessi, darei 6 stelle!

Abbiamo trascorso un intero inverno al Prosit, la proprietà e l’intero staff ci ha fatto fare sempre un gran figurone con le persone che abbiamo inviato e che ci hanno seguito nelle serate che abbiamo organizzato… Un posto famigliare dove si può mangiare e bene con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Senza dubbio, se il lavoro si fa per dedizione e passione, si vede e i clienti lo percepiscono…

Although it has lost of quality and originality in this last years, the Prosit Bar still offers a great attraction for young and not so young that want to start their evening in a light and easy mood, to just spend a night in there, have a delicious breakfast or a good pizza in the evening before...
