Osteria with changing daily menu depending on products availability. On a busy night we were seated after a short wait and instructed on the menu. The service was surprisingly fast thereafter considering how many customers there were. We had "sagne con ricotta forte" (homemade pasta with tomato and strong cheese sauce) and "mezze maniche al dentice" (snapper pasta), followed by homemade spumone. All dishes were simple and good, and prices were very honest. Extremely good, all the food is fresh, the environment is genuine and the owners are friendly. It is a very rare kind of place nowadays, with daily fish dishes, thought on the fresh catches available from that day. The menu is written by hand on a piece of paper, testifying the chef’s creativity. The best dinner in Salento, definitely. We will surely come back...
