Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Barbagia – Ristorante Tipico e Residenza Rurale ai Piedi del Supramonte. Schon bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen und fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Der Herr des Hauses ist äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und kümmert sich mit viel Herzblut um seine Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gemütlich eingerichtet und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – frisch, regional und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war ein echtes Highlight: authentische sardische Küche, voller Geschmack und mit großer Sorgfalt serviert. Die Lage am Fuße des Supramonte ist traumhaft schön und ideal für Ausflüge in die Natur. Wer Ruhe, Gastfreundschaft, schöne Zimmer und kulinarische Genüsse sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder – absolut verdiente 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arrivare in questo hotel lascia a bocca aperta sia per il panorama che per la location. L'hotel è di recente costruzione ma con un occhio allo stile sardo. Le camere hanno tutte una veranda coperta con tavolo, sedie, uno stendino e delle nicchie con ceramiche molto carine. Sono, inoltre, dotate di frigo, che può sempre essere utile nelle giornate estive. Gli spazi esterni sono arredati con gusto e la natura del luogo rende tutto più bello. Colazione internazionale, ottima con prodotti freschi, anche di loro produzione. Personale attento e gentile. Purtroppo non abbiamo provato il ristorante, ma sarà una scusa per ritornare! Consigliatissimo!

Hoy hemos estado en el hotel y cenado en el restaurante. Superecomendable Hotel rural con mucho encanto, pocas habitaciones exclusivas, habitación cómoda, baño espectacular, con una ducha enorme y muy bonita, tienes tú propia terraza, con mesita y sillas para disfrutar del campo. El restaurante muy recomendable, hemos cenado espectacular, un menú degustación de la zona, muy bueno, de calidad y bien presentado. El trato por parte de Fabrizzio y su compañera muy profesional y atento. Volveremos

My husband and I had an amazing lunch here. Order the antipasto Della casa. You will be treated to the best the region has to offer. A generous selection of charcuterie and regional cheese followed by warm appetizers. I was almost full before my entree arrived! I am so happy I saved a little room. The housemade ravioli were little, light pillows of bliss smothered in a tomato sauce with smoked pancetta. My husband's mixed grill was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Just as we were taking our coffee, the owner, Antonio, began setting up the outdoor grill for making the specialty of the island, wood grilled suckling pig. He was extremely hospitable and showed us how he prepared this dish. I only regret we were unable to return for dinner. It was quite impressive. The grounds are beautiful and the settings is spectacular. We walked there from the center of Dorgali in just 15 minutes but it felt a world away like a serene oasis. We will definitely be back on our next trip...

We loved dinner at Hotel Barbagia. The whole place felt special. The location, the building, the people all of it. I can not recommend more highly. The food was superb. The culurgiones were the best we had in Sardinia (and we had a lot!). My boyfriend loved his steak. The ravioli and orechietti were excellent (we over-ordered but couldn’t help it because the food was just so good that we wanted to try as much as possible!). The vegetables and herbs were amazing - and straight from the garden on site. The wine was delicious. We loved this restaurant. BIG thank you to our waiters - Fabrizio and Andrea - for welcoming us, making wonderful recommendations, answering our questions, and sharing their love of Dorgali, the food and their culture with us. We loved dinner at Hotel Barbagia. The whole place felt special. The location, the building, the people all of it. I can not recommend more highly. The food was superb. The culurgiones were the best we had in Sardinia (and we had a lot!). My boyfriend loved his steak.
