This is a great place to come for dinner. Spectacular view of the Lago Cedrino, great atmosphere and very kind service. The antipasti here are par to none. We had a poached egg with a foamy pecorino cream and asparagus, and the “gambero” (shrimp crudo), both of which worthy of a Michelin star restaurant. However, the fifth star is gone, because the main dishes were not good. We ordered the piglet which was extremely dry and tasteless. We also had the duck breast which was also tasteless, couldn’t even tell it was duck at all. A shame. The most incredible thing about this place is the view. Such an incredible vista of the mountains and lake Cedrino. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Classico posto tutto fumo e poco arrosto. Fanno leva sulla location senz'altro molto bella ma l'esperienza culinaria è stata insufficiente per qualità e quantità. Ordino filetto di spalla di manzo (cito il menu) con cottura media, dopo mezz'ora invece che i 15 minuti dichiarati dalla cameriera mi servono tre piccoli pezzi di carne in un bagnetto sanguinolento(cottura sbagliata). Uno di questi immasticabile per la presenza di nervetti all'interno, per non parlare del misero contorno al piatto. La piccola piscina molto scenografica è adatta al massimo per un paio di coppie, ho contato dentro una quindicina di persone...diventa una pozza, ma vuoi mettere la foto col calice?
