Feltuner Hütte is an amazing place to lunch or dine. The whole experience is perfect. Panorama is splendid, accommodation is stylish and super clean. Food menu is based on tasty Sud Tyrol dishes, sourced from local products, gourmet style. The service led by Valentin is most professional, yet friendly. The wine list is nothing short of spectacular, especially in such a location. The bottles featured on the wine list would fit nicely in a Michelin starred restaurant, but the prices here are quite reasonable. Excellent restaurant, definitely worth the uphill hike where it’s located. It takes about 15 minutes to get there by foot from the top cable car point. Everything we had was delicious, especially the goulash soup which was divine - the beef was so soft and complimented the soup. The service and staff were also great, very welcoming and pleasant. Die Feltuner Hütte ist schon lange kein Geheimtipp mehr, denn gut zubereitetes sehr schmackhaftes Essen auf knapp 2050 Metern über NN spricht sich sowohl in Italien als auch in den umliegenden Ländern herum. Die Wartezeiten während der Hauptsaison für die Mahlzeiten sind angemessen, auf einem Platz zur Mittagszeit auch, auch wenn der Magen beim beobachten der Schmankerln die aus der Küche den Gästen gebracht werden arg zum knurren anfängt. Hat man dann einen Platz ergattert stellt sich die Frage-was essen? Denn mittlerweile konnte man sich davon überzeugen, das alles, was es hier gibt wirklich top ist. Die fleißigen Kellnerinnen und der männliche Teil der Wirtsfamilie sorgen dafür, das Hunger und Durst schnell gestillt werden und das mit einer Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit die ihresgleichen sucht. Während die Wirtin und das Küchenteam dafür sorgen, dass die Speisen auf den Teller kommen. Wenn man öfter als einmal kommt, und das tun die meisten, hat man gute Chancen von dem Wirt und dem Team wiedererkannt und mit Namen begrüßt zu werden, was das Willkommensgefühl beim Gast weiter erhöht.
