Plosehütte — Restaurant in Eisacktal - Valle Isarco

Great, cozy hut. We were here on a Monday night in late September, and there were no other guests (though others were scheduled to come in later that week). Everything was very clean (including the bathrooms and shower cabins), the food was good (though likely prepackaged given the shortage of visitors), and the rooms were cozy. The only slight negative was that the radiators in the rooms were turned off, presumably because it wasn't cold enough outside to warrant their operation. Thanks to the warm comforters we did not freeze, but we would've appreciated a slightly warmer room. We would absolutely come back...

Ci siamo fermati in questo rifugio dopo una bellissima passeggiata sulla Plose. Il rifugio ha molti coperti, sia all'interno che all'esterno, ma in agosto faceva davvero troppo caldo dentro, quindi abbiamo optato per due posti all'esterno, sul plateatico panoramico. Abbiamo condiviso il tavolo con un'altra coppia, ma gli ombrelloni non permettevano di coprire interamente il tavolo, così ho mangiato completamente al sole (per fortuna c'era una bella brezza, a quell'altezza...). Abbiamo ordinato acqua naturale Plose, una birra, entrambi un piatto tipico (uova, speck e patate) e un tiramisù al lampone. Consigliamo tutto perché ogni piatto era delizioso! Abbiamo però mangiato un dolce in due perché le porzioni sono molto abbondanti. Personale cordiale, disponibile e anche spiritoso (avevo chiesto una mezza porzione del piatto e il cameriere ha fatto una battuta perché il piatto prevedeva tre uova... come dividerle a metà?
