This was the first place we chose to eat at the beginning of our trip. The location is nice, but this is the only good thing. The staff absolutely refused to speak other language than German, we didn't understand a word. We just opened the menu's and after less than 1 minute the lady came to take our orders. We said that we are not ready, but she continued speaking German like she was not glad about that and like she was arguing. Later, 5-10 minutes after we have finally ordered other man from the staff started coming out and going from table to table to bring different plates, but not knowing which table were for. He came to us like 3 times , but with other orders, not ours. When we finally received our food, we weren't very happy from the taste and the worst part was that we found a piece of kitchen stainless steel wire in our potatoes. We showed it to the German lady from the staff and we heard "Oh, sorry", like she suddenly started understanding and speaking English. Unfortunately we couldn't take a photo of it, because she took it from my hand while showing it. And that was all, nothing for compensation, we got less change indeed. Very bad food start of our Dolomites...
