Eine tolle, freundliche römische Familie, die das Restaurant mit Terrasse mit Herz betreiben! Fritto misto und echte italienische Küche, auch Tiroler Gerichte. Eine echte Bereicherung!

Ein idealer Ort für Skipausen.Trotz des großen Andrangs ist das Team sehr bemüht auf individuelle Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Wir verbringen seit Jahren eine Skiwoche pro Saison auf der Plose. Natürlich erinnern wir uns gerne an den charmanten Vorbesitzer, aber das neue Team hat unsere Sympathien mit seiner Freundlichkeit und guten Laune, und unseren Gaumen mit dem kulinarischen Angebot erobert. (Erwähnenswert ist auch die gute und abwechslungsreiche musikalische Untermalung.) Wir sind wieder zu Hause und freuen uns schon auf die nächste Saison und vielleicht auch auf weitere neue Kreationen aus der Küche.

Abbiamo pranzato alla baita dopo una passeggiata sul Plose , nel primo giorno dì riapertura,ancora dovevano finire si sistemare il locale e rifornirlo del tutto, infatti il servizio è stato un pó rallentato , ma la gentilezza del personale e la qualità del cibo hanno largamente compensato alla mancanza . Dei giovanissimi ristoratori Romani offrono specialità Trentine e Romane, noi abbiamo provato gli Spatzle con speck e gorgonzola , polenta con spezzatino di carne ,una carbonara e arrosticini di pecora con la cicoria saltata . Tutto delizioso porzioni abbondanti , compreso lo strudel fenomenale! Lo consiglio!

Nice place for a quick bite when on the top. However, food is good (we enjoyed goulash as well as apfelstrudel). The interior is authentic, something you'd expect from the alpine location. We didn't try the restaurant right at the cable car station, maybe it's also good but this one is...
