Second night in Kolman. Our fishing guide recommended this place. My fishing buddy and I went out for dinner here. Pleasant atmosphere with modern and old inn style decor. The restaurant was full and although we had not booked, we were warmly welcome and served by the owner herself. Locale tipico e caratteristico del posto: l'Alto Adige! Si trova in una posizione molto strategica, proprio sulla strada principale che collega diverse valli, tra cui la Gardena e la Pusteria, infatti noi l'abbiamo trovato per caso proprio tornando da una di queste! Ambiente molto caldo e accogliente, perfettamente in linea con l'ambiente circostante! Abbiamo pranzato con una pizza al tonno e l'arrosto di vitello con riso e verdure spadellate! La pizza è molto buona, sottile, croccante, impasto tutto sommato leggero e ben condita! L'arrosto invece, fa parte del menù della giornata d'oggi e mi è piaciuto molto: la carne era molto tenera e succosa, il sugo d'accompagnamento abbondante e saporitissimo!! Il riso integrale ci sta bene perché appunto raccoglie questo sugo così intenso, mentre le verdure, per purissimo gusto personale, non mi sono piaciute ma erano comunque ben cotte e spadellate croccanti.
