It's a mixed bag... Restaurant itself was very clean, spacious ,and seems that even if it was full, everyone would have enough space. Food was good, neatly prepared, fresh and tasted good. No issue there. The problem was we did not feel welcome. Staff was nice, but standoffish and somewhat cold towards us. We were literally the second table for that evening( there was one guest already there after we arrived) So i don't think they were too busy? We had three people speaking decent Italian in our 5 person group, we didn't make any weird or difficult requests. We visited at the recommendation of a very trusted friend, who after hearing about our experience was very disappointed, but not really surprised. We did not expect being fawned over, or treated like kings, we just thought friendly and communicative service would be normal in a restaurant like this one. The group that came shortly after us received a very different treatment, especially from what seemed the head waiter. Maybe we got the wrong impression, but that's how we felt. Hope this will help with avoiding future issues, especially if you're not...

The food is not bad, but some slices of the fish we ordered were a bit gummy and raw at the center. For a restaurant that looks like a warehouse from the outside, the bill is quite costly. I don't mind paying more since that's already expected when eating out in Italy but at least try to put up a friendlier face, maybe. There's plenty of options for better service, better food, and better...
