Apéritif: sélection de fromage et charcuterie de qualité en quantité importante. Primi: Ravioli très riche manque un peu de fraîcheur si on prend de la viande en plus, risque de faire un peu trop. Aneth intéressant mais il aurait fallut aussi un peu plus d’acidité. Secondi: personnellement j’étais déjà full au vu des quantité des 2 premiers plats. Celui ci était tout aussi voire plus copieux. Viande bien cuite, sauce devrait être mise à part et un peu moins riche en beurre. Pommes de terres et haricots bien exécutés. Dessert: Crosta vanille sèche et vieille (?)/ semi fredo délicieux et gourmand. En définitive certains accords restent à peaufiner et la quantité des plats et diversité du menu pourrait être revus à la baisse pour aller dans ce sens. Agréablement surpris par l’énergie déployée par le chef pour la réalisation des plats. Comme nous l’avions lu c’est en effet très prometteur.

La terrasse a visiblement était rafraîchie avec goût et j’espère que le succès grandissant de l’adresse leur permettra de faire de même à l’intérieur qui en aurait aussi besoin.
