Four years ago, this place was home to a small caravan serving great Italian 🇮🇹 coffee in the Dolomites. Fast forward to today 2025, and that humble caravan has transformed into a restaurant that carries the essence of a Michelin star, with the soul of Italy itself (3 years ago).

As the song “L’Italiano Vero” by Toto Cutugno says, “Qui tutto porta il sigillo dell’Italia” (Here, everything bears the seal of Italy). From the appetizers to the main courses, every dish is crafted with local ingredients that embody the flavors of the Dolomites. Two incredibly talented chefs orchestrate a culinary experience that is a true feast for the senses – an organoleptic delight in every bite.

But it’s not just about the food. Having visited this region for over 10 years, we know not only the finest pistes but also the best restaurants. We can confidently say that InAlto wins first place on both counts. On sunny days, the views from the terrace are as breathtaking as the meals they serve.
