La Villetta — Restaurant in Fara San Martino

To be fair, there only seemed to be 2-3 workers for the front. Super nice servers but after you get your meal they do not come back to check on you. We asked for water and even tried to help them by bringing the pitcher to them and we were all in desperate need of liquid but still, nothing. If you don't have a reservation you may or may not be seated. If you want to order food to take out, you may get it an hour later or you may be told no. It has happened several times now. Not sure if we will be back. Would like to, but it's very frustrating......not sure the frustration...

Se non prenoti non mangi, nemmeno col locale mezzo vuoto. Non un "ci spiace ma siamo al completo", comprensibile, ma un " se non avete prenotato allora niente, potete anche andare ", con tono sgarbato e scocciato, come se fosse una colpa essere entrati a chiedere. Basterebbe comunicarlo sul sito o scriverlo fuori, un "SOLO SU PRENOTAZIONE" è chiaro e comprensibile, così nemmeno ci si ferma. Non si viene in Majella col fine di fermarsi qui, ovviamente, è solo un posto di passaggio su strada che può fare comodo, come mille altri, per cui legittimo che uno passando pensi di potersi fermare a mangiare, legittimo chiederlo, sarebbe carino essere trattati gentilmente anche rispondendo che si è al completo, non cacciando un malo modo chi chiede. Se vi capita di passarci davanti consiglio di non fermarsi nemmeno, a noi non hanno nemmeno chiesto di aspettare per trovarci un posto, ci hanno solo mandati via (peraltro sotto un diluvio universale e con due bimbi piccoli)... se entrate a chiedere se hanno posto guai mai, come se li aveste offesi...lasciate perdere Mangerete divinamente altrove, in Abruzzo, e vi tratteranno anche con gentilezza. P. S. Una critica negativa non è infangare qualcuno, nessuno ha offeso nessuno, ma raccontare la propria esperienza su un comportamento ricevuto. Se non è positiva a causa di comportamenti e risposte maleducate, questo dovrebbe essere un motivo per riprendere la ragazza che si è comportata in modo pessimo, e migliorare in futuro, ma se non si accetta che i clienti si lamentino se vengono trattati male allora pazienza.... Noi non Torneremo mai...
