Imagine this, you are surrounded by your family and closest friends in an idyllic Southern Italian masseria to celebrate love and life. How could this possibly get any better? The answer is the food, drinks, and service from Il Fagiano Catering.

We knew from the start of our wedding planning journey that planning a wedding in Italy was not going to be an easy task. Especially since we weren't able to not only see our venue, but we were not able to do a food and cake tasting. After seeing the food options, we trusted our wedding planner and our gut by choosing Il Fagiano Catering. I cannot explain how happy we were with our decision. Paulo, the amazing team at Il Fagiano, and the FOOD exceeded all of our expectations. The food was the topic of everyone's conversations days after the wedding. Two weeks have passed and everyone is still talking about the delicious food, the beautiful presentation, and the impeccable service.

We were fortunate to have Il Fagiano for our welcome party as well as our wedding day. For the welcome party, we really wanted to have pasta made in a parmesan cheese wheel for our welcome party, and let's just say...people are still talking about how AMAZING the cacio e pepe was. During the welcome party, we also had an apulian BBQ where they grilled fresh octopus, sausages and other meats, along with other sides and focaccia...it was all SO delicious.

Next was the wedding night, I cannot compliment the aperitif food enough! Multiple food stations with unlimited options. Our guests were so amazed at how much food was provided! Each station was beautifully set up. Dinner. Oh my…DINNER! Dinner came with 2 pastas and an entree. We didn't get a chance to try these dishes during a tasting, but we knew if it was anything like the welcome party and aperitif, dinner was going to taste so good! Each meal was better than the previous (however, they were ALL delicious). The service provided during every course was flawless. Truly, the best service ever! Wine glasses were continuously filled, the meals were presented beautifully, and they quickly removed our empty plates.

After dinner, we were treated with dessert. Not only was the wedding cake so beautifully decorated, it was the BEST tasting cake ever! (Mille-Feuille - you will not regret choosing this). Fresh cream, fresh fruit. WOW. The dessert bar...AMAZING! Gelato station, fresh fruit, all types of cakes. Unlimited options.

Throughout our night, saying hi to guests, it was difficult for us to stop at every station. Paulo and his team made sure to bring us plates full of food and glasses of wine so we could enjoy a bite of each item offered! Such a nice and helpful touch!

The choice to pick Il Fagiano Catering should be an easy one, as you will not regret it! The biggest complaint of the night was we didn't have more space to eat all the amazing food! Highly...

Sono stato invitato ad una cena di compleanno presso il Ristorante Il Fagiano e l'esperienza complessiva è stata positiva. Fin dall'arrivo, si viene accolti in una location affascinante: una casa nobiliare con arredi curati in tema. L'ingresso con la doppia rampa di scale introduce a un ambiente caldo e dall'atmosfera davvero piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la piccola area relax con divanetti vicino al camino (spento durante la nostra visita) e l'interessante area dedicata all'esposizione dei vini, che mostra anche corsi e riconoscimenti dello chef, segno di attenzione alla qualità enologica e gastronomica. Il personale è stato uno dei punti di forza della serata: estremamente accogliente, molto gentile e sempre disponibile a fornire spiegazioni e assistenza, sia durante il servizio che per illustrare le portate del buffet. Parlando del cibo, il piatto forte sono state senza dubbio le uova di quaglia con tartufo nero, cotte al momento sulla piastra in sala: un'idea originale e un sapore molto apprezzato da tutti i commensali. Molto buono anche il tonno scottato. Essendo una cena a buffet, forse la presentazione generale dei piatti non era particolarmente elaborata, ma la qualità era buona e la disponibilità dello staff nel descrivere ogni cosa compensava ampiamente. I vini serviti durante la cena sono stati buoni e adeguati. Un piccolo suggerimento personale riguarda l'abbinamento con i dolci: avrei trovato più indicato uno spumante dolce rispetto al brut extra dry proposto, per esaltare meglio i sapori finali. All'esterno, il giardino è molto curato, piacevole e illuminato in modo romantico, creando un'atmosfera suggestiva. Sarebbe perfetto se ci fosse anche una piccola area giochi per intrattenere i bambini, ma rimane comunque uno spazio esterno gradevolissimo. In conclusione, Il Fagiano offre un'ottima combinazione di ambiente storico affascinante, servizio impeccabile e cibo di buona qualità, con punte di eccellenza come le uova al tartufo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Il Fagiano did the catering for our wedding at Masseria San Nicola. They were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Communication was great, the menu tasting was fantastic and their service on the day of the wedding was perfection.
