My Favorite Restaurant in the Area – Highly Recommended This is, without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in the region. The food is absolutely delicious, and they offer gluten-free and lactose-free options — which is quite rare in Italy, especially outside major cities. Service is both fast and friendly, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly our food arrived, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The manager is warm, welcoming, and goes out of his way to make sure guests are well taken care of. The mountain views from the restaurant are breathtaking, adding to the whole experience. On top of that, prices are very reasonable — often equal to or even cheaper than other places nearby. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Love Case Rosse for so many reasons! We spent a month in the Feltre area this summer and Case Rosse was our restaurant of choice. We ate there no fewer than 6 times. Our kids’ families came to visit and each one of them was treated to dinner here at least once. They truly won us over when our son who suffers with Celiac’s disease had the most amazing GF pizza and was finally so happy. All their pizza is superb, truly napolitano style but so is the pasta, salad, and patatine fritte. They always made room for us and helped with our small children’s special needs. Service is great. Restrooms immaculate. Even a playground for the kids. And the view!!...

Abbiamo prenotato per cenare in due in questo locale e quando siamo arrivati ci siamo ritrovati in un posto molto caotico e pieno di gente (sabato sera, luglio). I camerieri erano così indaffarati da correre di continuo, risultare quasi scortesi. Abbiamo sentito poca attenzione verso il cliente. Siamo stati quasi trattati come oggetti. Son arrivati i secondi prima che avessero portato via i piatti o vuoti dei primi Il cibo era meno che mediocre: Gnocchi fatti in casa (non sembrava affatto) con capesante (quasi invisibili) e funghi (un piatto che sapeva di brodo di pesce Pasta (precotta male) al ragù di cervo Filetto di rombo (niente di che) Patate spadellate (buone ) Tagliata (decente) servita con verdure grigliate gelide e patate buone 2 dolci del giorno totalmente acidi Acqua e vino (buono) 89€ (il prezzo ci sta) Spero cambino presto i menù lerci ed usurati. Nessuna pietanza per celiaci. Bello solo per la vista che offre se si cena all esterno. Magari le pizze sono più buone e magari son più cortesi quando hanno meno clienti. Insomma, sconsiglio

Aggiornamento post risposta del proprietario:mi dispiace davvero che la mia recensione sia sembrata scortese, non era mia intenzione e chiedo scusa. Purtroppo però quanto ho detto è vero, il cibo non mi è piaciuto affatto. La location è molto bella ma anche con i camerieri ci siamo sentiti solo "numeri" e non clienti. Forse impressione personale? E comunque inutile dire che il locale era strapieno, non giustifica come VOI fate lavorare i dipendenti (stralavorare e correre) né come si è svolto il servizio. Per quanto riguarda la pasta, mi scuso, se è pasta fresca ed espressa ok, però non mi è piaciuta e fresca non mi sembrava. Non ho detto che i dolci erano acidi perché nessuno mi ha ascoltata, nemmeno al pagamento , sempre tutti di corsa. Grazie per la risposta e un augurio per il vostro bel ristorante, ha un sacco di potenzialità e l'impegno comunque si è visto. Ps:GLI gnocchi....
