Burgheria steak-house da Bindo — Restaurant in Fermignano

Im so very sorry as I really don’t like sharing bad experiences, especially when people are lovely, like our waitress yesterday. So friendly and polite. Unfortunately the burgers were a tragic disappointment. I was so looking forward to going to this restaurant, since I found it a month ago on Google. I truly missed a good burger after moving to Italy. The food here is exquisite but Italians really like their cuisine and not others (quite rightly so). So I was dreaming about having a good burger with hand made dirty fries, crispy bacon, delicious sauce … to my absolute disappointment chips were from a bag and old, and my burger was burnt, dense like a shoe sole, over salted and also came from a packet, definitely not lovingly made on premises. So was my husband’s burger and so were his fries. I am really sad about yesterday’s meal. To the point where I started thinking of opening my own burger...

Buon cibo. Abbiamo preso come antipasto un gran fritto misto. Ben completo e buona quantità/qualità dei cibi fritti. Poi ognuno di noi ha preso un panino. La porzione è compresa di panino (bello grande) e di salsa con patatine. Per ultimo abbiamo presi i dolci (buoni) ma forse leggermente troppo costosi per quello che ti arriva. Prezzi tutto sommato nella media, corretti. Bel posto e personale gentile. Un posto da non sottovalutare ma magari nemmeno da prediligere tutte le sere nonostante la bontà dei cibi e la quantità valida. Numero di camerieri insufficiente forse per il locale e per la gente che c'era (nel momento della nostra visita c'era una sola cameriera). Per il resto...

Partendo dal cibo devo dire che il ristorante dispone di un menu relativamente vasto, con carni e prodotti di qualità. Noi abbiamo assaggiato sia i panini che la loro carne e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Prezzo alto giustificato dalla qualità. L’ambiente un po’ a malincuore li penalizza, nonostante il locale sia carino in se per se si trova nella landa desolata del Fermignanese, anche se un po più in là si può ammirare la cascata sul metauro e un piacevole...
