Old Wild West — Restaurant in Feroleto Antico

Well, average - with a touch of „sad“. Yes it is a chain, so the ambiente is exactly like in any Old WildWest you can go. However, the chef doesn‘t show any love to food at all. It looked realy „sad“ to see the loveless peaces of meat thrown in the table. Teste 3 different chicken versions - no taste at all. Can‘t find any different as there were no spice or taste. Service … so lala - a full dirty table and waiter passed with empty hands 6 times - still left the table as it is. even by active asking for more drinks they did not had the idee to clean the table and ask for dessert for eg. It desperatlly needs someone that kocks a bit of pep into it - the team spirit and food needs an upgrade. Why 2 Star when I grade the rest 3? Because the prices and payment is discusting! Had also a steak (in the menu it comes with potatoes) Asked to only have the steak without them. Plate came and showed an empty but dirty space for the potatoes - visible that they scrached them away acter adding them like to a normal plate. Guess what - paid 1,50 EXTRA!! for removing the potatoes of my plate - Dude‘s I simply asked to have a steak withput the extras. Keep wm in the fridge but don‘t ask for more money not...

Siamo venuti qui stasera per mangiare prima di andare in sala giochi, e non essendoci mai venuti prima avevamo per così dire belle speranze date le buone recensioni. Partiamo già male all'entrata: il ristorante è chiuso praticamente, essendo l'entrata ostruita ai clienti che arrivavano, e non c'era un cameriere che ci calcolasse per chiedere se si poteva entrare o no, e ci passavano davanti ignorandoci bellamente. Finalmente, un'amica del nostro gruppo riesce a farsi notare e ci fanno sedere. La cameriera che ha preso il nostro ordine era veramente gentile e celere, quindi su di lei nulla da ridire, al contrario del cibo: i panini con le ribs che hanno preso i miei amici erano un pò freddi, e io che ne ho mangiato un pochino ho trovato in 3 morsi diversi nervetti, e la carne in generale era dura, così come nella piadina al pollo, decisamente mediocre ma mangiabile, aveva anche questo stesso problema. Parliamo degli antipasti: I nachos erano praticamente patatine in busta, e non ci sarebbe problema se non fosse che costano 5 euro, e le salsine erano stantie, soprattutto il guacamole che aveva un saporaccio ed un colore orrendo; gli onion rings e i mozzarella stick piuttosto buoni ma non hanno risollevato la cena. Alla fine eravamo sconfitti, e abbiamo deciso di abbandonare l'idea del dolce. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la cassiera all'uscita: scorbutica, maleducata, svogliata totalmente. Già al nostro arrivo era seccata che non avessimo portato lo scontrino (nessuno ci aveva detto fosse necessario, e non sapevamo neanche che ci fosse), e quando le abbiamo detto che non sapevamo dove fosse ma che avremmo controllato ha detto "eh ma io lo sapevo che c'è". Vabbe, sorvoliamo. Dopo ci da il conto, e ci chiede se abbiamo intenzione di pagare con la carta la nostra quota: alcuni di noi avevano effettivamente la carta, ma alcuni altri avevano solo contanti. Nel frattempo, le chiediamo se fosse possibile farci il totale diviso 6, per non perdere tempo, lei nemmeno ci risponde e si gira dall'altra parte. Continuiamo a chiedere ma lei continua a non rispondere (era esattamente davanti a noi a guardarsi i piedi, impossibile non ci avesse sentito, sarebbe stato anche carino un no). Vabe, sorvoliamo anche su questo essendo comunque una gentilezza non dovuta. Quando le diciamo che non tutti abbiamo la carta di credito per pagare, ma abbiamo solo un contante da 50, lei ci guarda stizzita, e risponde in maniera veramente maleducata "voi in questo modo mi mettete in difficoltà, io non vi posso dare il resto neanche per 10 euro, vedete come fare" e gira gli occhi al cielo sbuffando. Non so come fosse possibile essendo il ristorante pieno che non avesse resto, ma insomma guardarci come se fosse colpa nostra, ed essere così antipatica per una piccola sfortuna che poteva capitare a tutti, mi sembra assurdo. Avrebbero dovuto quantomeno dircelo prima che si potesse pagare solo con la carta, e ci saremmo organizzati diversamente. Provo sempre empatia e sono educata con tutti, ma ancor di più con camerieri e personale di sala perché so quanto sia stressante lavorare col pubblico, ma occhiatacce e rispostacce non sono certo la soluzione (e infatti la sua collega è stata gentilissima). Siamo usciti tutti offesi e di malumore da locale, sovrapprezzo, scarsa qualità di prodotti e servizio in definitiva è il mio giudizio, non ci tornerò e non...

Terrible service. I asked for ketchup and when I got the bill (which they only gave after I paid), they charged me 1 euro for 4 ketchups when they only brought me 3. When I asked the cashier after that he's really gonna charge me for ketchup, he rudely said yes and that's how it is everywhere here. I then asked that he should have asked me there was a fee and said I had to ask them. He said he was doing his job in charging me. I then asked to speak to a manager ans said there was none and he was in charge. He could have let it go.

Really bad customer service and it explains why they have 3.8 stars in reviews. Would not go back

In response to customer service or who ever wrote the comment saying they care about their clients and sorry about what happened, it's just a generic message and they don't give a crap really! Once again, if this place had good service and really cared, they wouldn't have 3.8 stars with over...
