Beef Minimal Restaurant — Restaurant in Fiano Romano

Visited for lunch with friends in June after many recommendations. I know why they recommended Beef Minimal, it's great. As there was a huge group of us, we ordered a huge Roman pizza (with a selection of toppings) to start, very good. Next, as recommended by the owner, different steaks for us all from Scotland, Italy and Portugal, each with a different flavour profile, and they were amazing! They delivered the steaks to the table raw, and we cooked them to our liking on a hotplate in the middle of the table, so good! All served with a good selection of vegetables and fries on the side. There is a brilliant wine list to complement the steaks with wines from all over the world. The restaurant is next to a huge outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by beautifully kept park land, with plenty to do for the whole family. I will be taking my swimming...

Not opened as written and staff arguing about that. Time is now 18:13 and regarding staff is closed.

Reply: I have expected some answer but not this. If you prefer Italian only then Okay. On their website not chafe table possible to book from 17:30, on google opening time 18:00 still. (Photo) We don’t care when Italian people eats or go on toilet. When is written 18:00 open is open.

We entered the restaurant and we asked for 2 place and answer was : open from 19:30 not offered table for drink or anything else only arguing about opening.

Maybe do research how to speak with the customers and little bit of English training will be good for...

Se volete mangiare la carne buona, o quanto meno mangiarla, passate oltre!! Atmosfera rilassata e cameriera molto gentile, Ma purtroppo gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui. Sono andato con un amico il titolare ci ha fatto accomodare (nonostante il locale abbastanza vuoto) in mezzo alle altre persone e vicino la vetrata dalla quale gli spifferi d’aria m’hanno regalato l’indomani un bel mal di testa. Il ragazzo (penso titolare) che ci prende le ordinazioni non ha accennato un sorriso nemmeno a pagarlo e fissava tutti nella sala a braccia conserte e lo sguardo nervoso. A parte questo, ordiniamo il un menù di carne no stop. Ci portano un antipasto, buono, e poi un vassoio con diversi tagli di carne: la era tagliata secca e immersa nell’olio, gli arrosticini palesemente cotti in pentola visti gli stecchini completamente unti (e li il mio cuore di abruzzese ha avuto un mancamento) nonché duri e col classico odore di pecora che ne denota la NON freschezza. Due Salsicce estremamente salate e condite anch’esse molto unte, e due porzioni da tre costolette secche (cotte chissà quando) e ricoperte di salsa barbecue della quale avrei fatto volentieri a meno. Unica cosa decente le patatine fritte che voglio di… se sbagli quelle fatti due domande. Abbiamo incredibilmente avuto il coraggio di farci portare un secondo vassoio sperando che la situazione cambiasse un po’, ma ci sbagliavamo ed è andata peggio della prima portata. Per non pagare il supplemento di 70 centesimi per ogni cosa che lasci, (che ci sta se magni fino a crepare ma non se non “riesci” a farlo) gli avanzi li abbiamo portati ai gatti.
