Pizzeria Le 4 Strade — Restaurant in Fiesole

I phoned them at around 10.30 am to book a table for 4 people 2 hours later. Once we arrived there, we were sat upon the restaurant opening. When asked by one of my friends about drying some stuff outside,he was rudely answered by a waitress that there would also be people eating outside too.

Food choice was good, albeit the pizzeria part was open only for the evening. I did not mind, cause there were good pasta options. Also the quality was good overall. What we did not like was the unfriendliness of the restaurant staff, fairly hurrying up things and hastily...

Il luogo merita tre stelle, le portate ordinate un poco meno: 5 pizze, di cui: 2 speciali( con mozzarella, gorgonzola, prosciutto e funghi, discreta), una verace( che avrebbe dovuto avere la mozzarella di bufala ma era fiordilatte e da esperta la riconosco...), una marinara (... la cui vista era poco invitante) e una coi funghi ( idem come le altre), il buono di esse senza dubbio era senza dubbio l'impasto, sottile, ben lavorato e cotto bene. Un ultimo commensale ha preso delle costolette d'agnello alla griglia( accettabili).

Il personale,( i giovani camerieri) pur gentile, a nostro avviso sembrava poco comunicativo con i gestori, proprietari anche dell'abitazione adiacente. Alle 23:30, non hanno visto l'ora con modi impliciti, tipo togliere bicchieri e tazzine dal tavolo, di dirci che dovevamo andar via perché dovevano chiudere... Il luogo è un posto molto visitato a livello paesaggistico e per la piacevole atmosfera, questo locale geograficamente gode di tale beneficio naturale, comprendo la stanchezza e tanti altri connotati logistici, però almeno il sabato sera di luglio, non si dovrebbe mandar via la gente.

Detto questo,...

Nice place for pizza, lots of space outside to sit so it can be a bit noisy when it's full. Food was nice and reasonably priced. There's a large field across the road where you can relax for a bit as well.

One thing to keep in mind is that the roads in the area are winding and badly lit, so it can be quite an adventure to find your way...
