We arrived by boat at the beautiful Marina in Baia Caddinas and were delighted to find a nearby restaurant. Arriving early, we had our pick of tables and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. To our pleasant surprise, the chef himself greeted us upon arrival.
The restaurant boasts a fantastic view of the beach, and we were attentively served by Domenico and Luigi. Our meal began with delicious appetizers and a fine selection of wine. For the main course, we ordered the grilled tuna accompanied by a wonderful assortment of grilled vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection, with the tuna prepared exactly to our liking.
The service was exceptional throughout our visit. Luigi and Domenico were incredibly attentive, and Chef Fabrizio demonstrated remarkable attention to detail. Noticing my struggle with a lemon, he instructed the waiter to provide another without hesitation.
The meal was superb, and the staff's attentiveness extended to their dessert recommendation—Seadas, a local Sardinian pastry with cheese and delectable honey, which was the perfect finish to our dining experience. Although there was a miscommunication regarding taking my leftover tuna to-go, Chef Fabrizio quickly rectified the situation by grilling a new tuna steak and preparing a complete meal for us to take away.
