We turned up here on spec, having seen it on Google Maps. It was just before 7pm and closed and looked like someone's house but just as we were about to leave, we were greeted by the young son who insisted we stay and found us a seat on the patio/terrace part of their garden. Within minutes, we were presented with bread and then quickly a courgette dish, antipasti, and an omelette. We were a bit worried that they didn't take card payments, and we only had 64 euros on us, and we were clearly going to receive a set menu, but we were told that was OK. It was a fantastic experience, hosted by the whole family with huge Italian hospitality in limited English. The food just kept coming, and each course was delicious. It was also lovely to chat with the other guests that arrived later. It was like being at a family bbq birthday party or something, experiencing authentic Italian food, some of it straight from their garden. Great if you are happy to join in and go with the flow. Probably not great if you are vegetarian/vegan, although they coped ok with another guest's cheese allergy, so there may be some flexibility around the set menu.

Delicious food at great value! would definitely recommend to everyone who travels here 💯 €40 per person, food and wine included. It felt very homey and authentic. We loved every single dish we had. Steak was so tasty! Fabri was a nice, warm and passionate person. We learned that all food came from his family farm, fresh and organic. Wine was homemade too. He even gifted us one bottle when we left. As our car broke down, he also gave us a drive to the winery. It was 5 min drive but would take 30 min if we had to walk.

Grazie! En photo la viande pour 2 personnes…

If you are lucky enough to spend an evening at this place I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Never could I have been prepared for such cordiality of the hosts along with quality of food and ingredients. Spending an evening here truly, truly feels like family away from home. Heartwarming, unconventional, delicious. The term “home restaurant” is not an exaggeration as you are welcomed into the hearts and home of this wonderful and dedicated family. The ingredients for prosciutto, bisteccha, salsa di pomodoro, insalata, etc. are from their own production and the dessert is made by Nonna herself. If you come here, do so with an open mind and an open heart as several dishes are going to find their way to you on their own. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the surroundings are tranquil. The following is truly heartfelt: Should I, at the end of my days, have to write a list of all the places I enjoyed most to have a meal, this one is going to be a strong runner up for the very top. Grazie Mille!!!❤️

(A little disclaimer for vegetarians: You should communicate your restrictions the second you enter, because otherwise non-vegetarian starters are going to be coming your way shortly after you...

Important to know before you come: cash only and no menu options available. This place is so authentic. The owner Fabri is also the chef. You don’t have the option to select food from a menu but he keeps bringing the food all the time. We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, a dish of salami and prosciutto and two dishes of stuffed bread. Then we got a bowl full of fantastic pasta followed by grilled meat with salad. At the end we got dessert with coffee and ice cream for kids. For all of these and a bottle of red wine we paid 120€ + 25€ for the wine (two adults and two kids). You should definitely come very hungry. Thank you very much sir Fabri. It was a pleasure and a great...
