Osteria La Briga — Restaurant in Finale Ligure

Dopo tanti anni siamo tornati con mia moglie in questa trattoria di cucina tipica ligure con moltissimi tavoli all’aperto sia disseminati in mezzo al bosco sia nel giardino ed è specializzato in carne ed ubicata a Le Manie sulle alture di Finale Ligure a cui si arriva attraverso una lunga salita in auto o da Finale Ligure o da Spotorno. Una curiosità: il nome Briga è il nome della collina dove si trova la trattoria. C’è anche un ampio posteggio all’aperto da poter usare. Noi ci siamo seduti all’aperto nel bosco ed abbiamo ordinato: -Antipasto misto "Briga che abbiamo condiviso ossia un antipasto tradizionale dell’entroterra ligure -ravioli au tuccu ossia ravioli alla ligure r Infine come secondi: due Grigliata Briga ossia Il Grande classico dell'Osteria Per dessert ho preso una straordinaria ed indimenticabile torta al cioccolato e lamponi. Inutile dire che ci è piaciuto tutto tutto abbondante squisito delizioso ottimo meraviglioso. Il parsonale piuttosto numeroso accogliente sorridente competente cordiale e disponibile ed il servizio è stato attento veloce e prezzi giusti per la ottima qualità della carne!!

After many years my wife and I returned to this trattoria serving typical Ligurian cuisine many outdoor tables both scattered in the middle of the woods and in the garden and specialized in meat and located in Le Manie on the hills of Finale Ligure, which can be reached via a long climb by car either from Finale Ligure or from Spotorno. A curiosity: the name Briga is the name of the hill where the trattoria is located. There is also a large outdoor parking lot that can be used. Needless to say we liked everything everything abundant exquisite delicious excellent wonderful. The staff were quite numerous welcoming smiling competent friendly and helpful and the service was attentive fast and fair prices for the excellent quality...

This restaurant is really worth the visit! Most restaurants, trattorie or osterie have more or less the same menu, which is not bad, but not very exiting either, if you go out dining a lot. This place, besides being very cosy, has a slightly more refined and elegant menu - without being more expensive! The servants are really friendly and helpful and they seem to have good vines too (I'm not a vine expert). The only thing that makes me wonder a bit, and which I'm not fond of, is the excessive lightning of the garden and the surroundings. How can they pay that bill? We absolutely loved this place. We got different things each time we went and each plate was an experience. Everything as fresh and well thought out, the wine selection was phenomenal with friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. We went there multiple times and sat both, inside and outside and enjoyed both settings. I got a leg of lamb, gnocchi, pannacotta, grilled meat and vegetables and a handful of other things on the menu, all of which were astounding.
