Trattoria Inegaggie — Restaurant in Finale Ligure

Booked here on a friend of a friend's recommendation.

I was already pleasantly surprised when a friendly voice on the phone took my booking.

There were 6 of us, and we had gone for a ride first, so we got there a bit late. The kitchen closes at 2pm so we were wary not to be too late!

When we arrived, we were once again greeted by friendly staff. Our waiter was professional and smiley. He helped us choose what to eat.... well, we asked him what he recommended... we wanted seafood! He chose 3 starters and 2 mains to split up between us. We had the house Cortese white wine, which paired perfectly.

The courtyard where we ate was lovely with lots of plants. It wasn't noisy or crowded even though it was nearly full. Come to think of it, we were probably noisy! Sorry!

Ci presentiamo senza prenotazione e l'accoglienza è buona. Personale cortese e disponibile, nonostante le tante persone il servizio riesce ad essere sufficientemente celere. I piatti sono generosi ed il menù in linea con le aspettative ed il contesto ligure. Piatti della tradizione ligure non devono mancare e non mancano. Il vino della casa è promosso sempre tenendo conto del costo contenuto. Non prendiamo il dolce. In generale i piatti presi sono di gradimento e generosi. Spaghetti allo scoglio molto ricchi di pesce e trofie al pesto in linea con gli standard più diffusi; chi li ha ordinati era soddisfatto. Coniglio alla ligure anche qui ok con piatto generoso, solo forse poche olive. Il tutto considerato che il conto era veramente onesto ci porta a dare 5 stelle. 1 primo di mare e uno di terra della tradizione, un secondo della tradizione generoso, vino 1/4, acqua, 2 caffè solo 51 euro, compreso servizio ect ect....
