Public House — Restaurant in Fisciano

Service charge, but service is non-existent. We've been waiting 40 min to order, and at the end, we end up ordering at the bar. They messed up our order, we asked for 4 cheese chips, they bring us caccio pepe ones, when we said that's not what we ordered, she simply spitted on us that this is what she got on her order, she completely ignored what we've been saying, she was ridiculously rude and unprofessional and she walked off. When the food came after some impressive time of waiting, it was simply inedible. Food standards and quality werr below mediocre. I would never ever return, and I am strongly not recommending this place. They call it a pub, but they don't sell spirits, I wanted shandy beer because I don't drink wine and I've been told they don't have any sprite or lemonade of any kind. Waw, what a ,,pub". Disgusting. This kitchen should be shut. Food poisoning, that's all u'll get from here. The food is sooo bad, inedible, disgusting, old, miserable presentation, just horrible in every possible way. Staff super rude and non caring. We said we want to pay by card, we've been told cash only. They got card terminal at the bar, they just don't want to take card payments because of tax, they want money in their pocket, that's all it is. Such a depressing place, avoid...

Sono stata a cena al Public House con il mio ragazzo ieri sera ma non ho per niente gradito il mio piatto. Era una tagliata con zucchine e radicchio con scaglie di grana.(le zucchine lw ho fatte aggiungere io a mio gradimento). Ciò che mi è arrivato era un piatto fumante di carne durissima, difficile da tagliare nemmeno col coltello, gommosa, con un non so che di "gusto di scongelato". Difficile da mandare giù anche per il sale che era veramente eccessivo e non faceva sentire nessun sapore. Il radicchio era irriconoscibile nel piatto, una poltiglia nera e salata per niente invitante. Il mio ragazzo ha preso una scaloppina (accettabile) ed una pinta di birra a testa. Come nota a favore devo dire che ho richiesto di assaggiare la birra prima di sceglierne una pinta, e me ne hanno versato un po' come assaggio in un bicchiere al bancone così che sono stata sicura di prendere quella che potesse realmente piacermi, dato che non sono esperta. Quando abbiamo chiesto il conto abbiamo anche chiesto alla cameriera di riportare il nostro disappunto sul piatto al proprietario ma non è stato fatto. O meglio non finché noi eravamo lì, quindi alla fine abbiamo pagato il nostro conto di €35,50 e siamo andati via....
