Hidden Gem!
We were greeted by 3 gracious hosts- 2 in the kitchen and hostess at the bar! The hostesses is huge âSex in the Cityâ fanâŚ
Fresh homemade pizza baked in wood fire oven- orange and lemon cured wood. The master pizzeria chef invited me into kitchen to witness the authentic pizza making! Thin crust/ tasty local made ingredients/ thin cured meats/ chewy and delish crust⌠so damn good!
While we waited for pizza/ order- the hostesses provided ice cold beers to make the best Sicilian pizza experience !
We also had the best fried Calamari- fresh/ crusty crunch/ soft inside/ seasoned to perfection! Outstanding w ice cold better!
