Caffè Bernabucci Trattoria — Restaurant in Forano

This is a ridiculously fantastic restaurant. Top notch, with imaginative dishes that you might think on paper won't work, but then they do. If that kitchen were in a Rome, London or New York, they would be celebrities. I have lived in Italy off and on over the past 40 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best restaurants in the center of the country, including Rome. And that's a big statement.
