Everything we ate and drank was hyperlocal (the potatoes with the fish of day were grown by an employee) and of upmost quality. This is a place where every detail is thought of and every decision is purposeful. There were three tastings to choose from on our night: a seafood one, a vegetarian one, and a larger mixed land and sea tasting. You can mix and match a la carte or go for the ride.
